When I was thinking about Clarice Bean,That’s Me, I started drawing in a sketchbook. It was one of those A3 sized sketchbooks, and I drew in it all my ideas for the illustrations for the picture book. I made photocopies of some drawings and stuck them together with others and I coloured in some of them too. Here are some of the pages of the sketchbook.
